Yoga for Lifelong Strength: Joints, Bones and Muscles

Though we give them different names, bones, joints and muscles are completely interwoven in both their function and dysfunction. Improving musculoskeletal health requires an integrative approach that addresses all facets of the human system. Yoga works quite well in this regard, and it doesn’t require any fancy equipment or gym membership

Join Becky Liston, physical therapist and certified Yoga for Osteoporosis instructor, for a 6-week series designed to holistically strengthen your bones, joints and muscles. (And it just so happens that strengthening can often help reduce joint pain!)

This class is an appropriate follow to both the Yoga for Bone Health and Yoga for Lifelong Strength series that Becky has been offering on an ongoing basis. Beginners are welcome.

Class will be held on Zoom or in Becky’s private studio at 1609 Sherman Ave in Evanston. Please email Becky if you’re interested in attending in person. All participant will receive recordings of each class for continued home practice.

No class on July 4th.

Cost: $145, members save 15%, sliding scale gladly offered
